» Day 1

NJP/Bagdogra to Gangtok Via Sevok-Tista Bazaar
Our representative cordially receives you on arrival at Siliguri (NJP R St. / Bagdogra IXB) and helps you to board the car.

We drive to Gangtok along the NH 31A. The landscape changes dramatically as we leave Siliguri and run through the dense forests Mahananda Wild Life Sanctuary, the natural play ground of wild elephant, tiger and deer. Now you reach at Sevok just at the base of the hills. See the gorgeous view of Tista river as it comes out from the deep gorge of the Himalayas and spreads itself in the vast plains on North Bengal. Now the journey follows the winding roads along the meandering emerald green River Tista. Spend some time on some scenic spots on the way to enjoy the landscape. Gangtok the capital town of Sikkim the earlier Himalayan Kingdom welcomes you with its typical traditional Hospitality.

We assist you to check in at hotel. Get refreshed and have free leisure evening. We recommend a relaxed evening and short walk around The Mall to enjoy the typical Hill City life of Gangtok in the twilights. Car Service Till drop at Hotel.

» Day 2

Gangtok to Tsongo Lake 
After a heavy breakfast we take you to famous Tsongo Lake at 12000ft (3600M). We start at 8.30 AM in the morning from hotel. You have whole day to enjoy snow and Yak ride at the scenic high altitude alpine lake near Indo-Tibet border. The 1 km long and 15m deep lake is considered sacred to the local people. The pristine clear water remains frozen during winter. Have fun with snow and enjoy exciting Yak ride around the lake. Back to Hotel by 2.30 PM for lunch and have a leisure afternoon or roam around the market for personal activities. (Optional trip for Indian tourists to legendary Baba Mandir and Nathula Pass on Indo-China border can be arranged on specific days on specific request with add on cost) Car service from 8.30AM to 2.30AM.

Recommended activities – Take a ride to Rope way or go for a helicopter Joy Ride over the Himalayas. Evening visit to M G Marg, the busy market of Gangtok, for shopping and having Sikkimese delicacy at the local restaurant.

» Day 3

Gangtok to Pelling Via – Melli – Jorthang
Today early morning at 5AM we take you to 3 famous view points at Tashi view point, Ganesh Tok and Hanuman Tok from where you can see the panoramic view of entire Gangtok town and valley along with the magnificent Kunchenjungha can be seen. Visit to the temple at Honuman Tok to offer prayer and return to hotel. Check out from Hotel after breakfast. Car service 5Am to 7AM.

Today we drive to Pelling in West Sikkim. The first phase of the journey rolls along the picturesque valley of River Tista till Melli and then it runs along the beautiful valley of Rangit till Legship. Take a refreshing break at the view point near Melli and watch the magnificent bird eye view of the confluence of both the rivers. From Legship the road takes a steep turn through Geyzing. The view of the entire surrounding widens as you proceed towards Pelling through the clouds and forests. Stop a while on the way to enjoy the scenic beauty and take some photographs.

Pelling – a small tourist hub in the West Sikkim hills known for serene holy lakes, old Monasteries and pristine landscape. Pelling sprawled at 6100ft (1830M) offers one of the most amazing views of Kunchenzungha Range.

We assist you to check in at hotel. Free afternoon for a leisure walk along the misty track through pine forest. Car service till drop at Hotel.

» Day 4

Pelling local tour
After breakfast we take you to the famous and one of the most important monasteries in Sikkim- the Pemayangtse Monastery- the seat of the Nyingma Order of Tibetan Buddhism was originally a small Lhakhang built by Lhatsun Chempo in the 17th Century. The monastery contains numerous antique idols and objects of worship and is filled with wall paintings and sculptures. The most astounding feature is a painted wooden structure of Zantho Pelri – the Heavenly Palace of Guru Rinpoche. Now we take you to legendary Lake at Khecheopalri (25kms). The Holy lake surrounded by dense forests is believed to have the power of wish fulfilling. Although the lake is surrounded by rich forests even a single leaf is not seen floating at the middle water. Legend has it that the birds pick up the leaves that float on the holy lake. It is also a prominent place for the bird watchers. Visit Kunchenjungha Falls and Rimbi Falls two magnificent perennial waterfalls on the way – the must see place for tourists. Back to Pelling.

After lunch we take you to a drive to Dentham Valley about an hour drive from Pelling. Visit Tsangey Falls and take some photographs of the gorgeous falls. Also visit Sinsore Bridge – the highest bridge in Sikkim. Back to Pelling in the afternoon and have a relaxed evening watching at the Mighty Kunchenjungha from your Hotel. Car Service 8.30AM to 4PM.

Optional tours: Walk to Sangacholing Monastery, built in the year 1697. This is considered as one of the oldest monastery in Sikkim. The trek takes about 30min to reach to Monastery which offers a panoramic view of the valley and Pelling town. Also walk to Rubduntse Ruins – the ruins of the second capital of Sikkim of 1814AD. Lying at a walking distance from Pemayangtse, the place also offers scenic view of the surrounding valleys and mountains.

Departure from Pelling 
Today After breakfast we leave Pelling. Car service till drop at Bagdogra or NJP.
